I'm halfway between Copacabana and La Paz, in a speck of a town called Las Batallas. The town has no restaurants, no real hotels, and a town drunk who keeps spitting coca leaves on me as he tries to talk to me. It is still as cold as ever.
My 60k ride this morning will be the end of my biking journey. After that, I will play tourist for a week as I visit the salt flats of Uyuni. Then home to organize the next leg of my adventures.
