I'm still in Méknes, but if all goes as planned, I will leave for Chefchaouen, a small town in the Rif mountains, just after sunset. I plan on staying in here in Méknes long enough to have dinner to break the fast of Ramadan with a friend I have met here, Rachid, who has invited me to his sister's house for "breakfast." I have to admit that I haven't been fasting all day; I had a small snack earlier, but I am pretty hungry.
It's been raining all day, so I have not been doing much lately. I miss the warm weather of the south, but I suppose it is only going to get worse as I continue to head north.
