I've made it to Zambia, and I'm at the "Solipse" eclipse festival. There was supposed to be internet access at the festival, but that fell through, so I am sending it from Lusaka. The festival involves sitting around and dancing, so I won't be doing much until after the eclipse. I also won't be able to check messages until I get back in town, which will probably be the 22nd or 23rd.
This is going to be my first total solar eclipse - it should be incredible!
